Perhaps you've already experienced losing actual prints and all you have left are negatives. Or maybe you already knew that you needed to hold on to your negatives for reprints, and somehow, now, that's all you have. We're glad to do a job where we are exclusively scanning negatives if that's all you have. We scan negatives all the time as most people have a grouping of different formats; prints, slides, and negatives included. The scanner we use for slides is the same one which we use for negatives.
In addition to scanning all the regular sizes of negatives, we can also scan your large format negatives. These often come from professional photographers who use medium or large format cameras. Or maybe your family, like mine, had a Brownie camera that survived for several generations. Those cameras shot on 2 1/4 inch square film... and we've scanned many of those negatives. We've even scanned older formats from the late 1800s which required us to figure out a way to get those digitized... and we did. So, while we're sure there's probably a format of negative out there that might cause a problem for us in getting it digitized, but it hasn't happened yet.
